SPECIAL PROPAGANDA: WAR OF IDEOLOGIES IN STALINGRAD

Abstract (English):
Introduction: the Battle of Stalingrad as a milestone event came into notice including historians and writers during its battle. But deep and system analysis of the technologies of special propaganda on the Stalingrad battlefield is used nowadays fragmentarily. The author consider efficacy of some forms and methods giving special attention to the change of its subject matter on the back of the development of the battle conditions. Materials and Methods: during the work on the study archives like photographs and articles, reproduction of posters, letters and leaflets, remembrance of participants, war-time memoirs, specialist literature and analytical articles were used. The work is prepared across pedagogy, psychology, military science, politology and informatics. Methods include both common scientific ones and specific peculiar to the listed sciences. The author used the range of methods and principles of party and political work which were applied in the concerned period which modern historians use rare. it is important to note the method of historical materialism and principle of party spirit. Results: attack of German forces in 1941-1942 is not only a result of conjunction of thorough officership, equipment and weapon. Temporary achievements were assured be propaganda apparat. The defeat of the Nazis was defined by a ideologic failure. Soviet political workers won as a result of a long and multidisciplinary work, during which the forms and methods of influencing the enemy were rapidly changed and dynamically improved. A characteristic feature of the special propaganda was the transfer of the main efforts from ideological work to the means and methods of psychological influence.
