Introduction: the article presents results of criminalistic analysis of crimes of credit cooperation. Materials and Methods: the following scientific methods were used: literature analysis method, system and structural, empirical. Results: in the process of research, the purposes of a comprehensive analysis of the ways of committing crimes in the sphere of credit cooperation, the judicial-investigative practice was researched. A forensic analysis of the methods of preparing, committing and concealing crimes in the sphere of credit cooperation has been prepared. Discussion and Conclusions: the author suggests further complex development of methods for investigating crimes committed in the sphere of credit cooperation.
