Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The paper analyzes the elements of criminalistic characteristics of the crimes provided for by article 111 Criminal Code of Russia when committed in correctional colonies of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia. The research presents empirical data on time, place, and method of committing crimes, traces of a crime, an offender and the victim.
