Введение: статья посвящена изложению положительного опыта всесторонней подготовки сотрудников МВД по Республике Татарстан к участию в охране общественного порядка при проведении крупных массовых мероприятий на примере Саммита глав-государств стран BRICS в 2024 году. Материалы и методы: в ходе исследования применены такие методы научного познания, как наблюдение, анализ, синтез, индукция. Эмпирическую базу составили авторские социологические исследования, проведенные на территории Республики Татарстан. Результаты исследования: представлен алгоритм подготовки и сопровождения сотрудников, задействованных при организации крупных массовых мероприятий. Рассматривается возможность внедрения выработанного алгоритма при подготовке сотрудников для участия в аналогичных мероприятиях в других субъектах Российской Федерации. Обсуждение и заключение: авторы статьи приходят к выводу, что процесс отбора, подготовки и сопровождения сотрудников носит комплексный, сложносоставной характер, создающий положительный эффект только в результате соблюдения всех основных компонентов, выявленных и проверенных эмпирическим путем.
Introduction: the article is devoted to the presentation of positive experience of comprehensive training of officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan to participate in the protection of public order during large public events on the example of the BRICS Summit in 2024. Materials and Methods: in the course of the study such methods of scientific knowledge as observation, analysis, synthesis, induction were applied. The author's sociological research conducted in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan formed the empirical base. Results: the algorithm of training and support of employees involved in the organization of large public events is presented. The possibility of implementing the developed algorithm in the training of employees for participation in similar events in other subjects of the Russian Federation is considered. Discussion and Conclusions: the authors of the article come to the conclusion that the process of selection, training and supervision of employees is a complex, compound character, which creates a positive effect only as a result of compliance with all the main components identified and verified by their own experience and methodological support.
