Введение: исследование детерминант преступности необходимо для формирования эффективной системы профилактики деструктивных явлений. Особую актуальность представленная работа приобретает в контексте защиты интересов несовершеннолетних, в том числе мигрантов. Цель данного исследования – дать общую характеристику основным детерминантам преступности несовершеннолетних мигрантов-иностранцев, а его новизна обусловливается комплексной характеристикой детерминант преступности в целом, и отражением воздействия детерминант преступности «специальной» группы на детерминанты преступности «общей» группы. Обзор литературы: вопросы причин и условий преступности несовершеннолетних нашли отражение в трудах таких ученых, как В.В. Лунеев, Я.А. Блохин, А.И. Семакова, Е.И. Ильянкова, А.В. Чубарова, Е.О. Смолева, С.Н. Шишигина, И.М. Мацкевич, Г.М. Миньковский, О.С. Капинус, С.А. Бучаков, А.А. Кириленко, Е.В. Демидова-Петрова и других. Материалы и методы: при проведении исследования использовалась совокупность общенаучных и частно-научных методов, в том числе аналитический, метод моделирования и аналогии. Результаты исследования: в результате исследования была дана общая характеристика основных детерминант преступности несовершеннолетних мигрантов-иностранцев, выявлена взаимосвязь между ними, а также подтверждена гипотеза о существовании так называемых «специальных» детерминант, оказывающих ведущее влияние на криминогенную обстановку в конкретной социальной группе. Обсуждение и заключение: автор отмечает, что преступность несовершеннолетних мигрантов- иностранцев находится под значительным влиянием группы детерминант, свойственных исключительно данной социальной группе.
Introduction: a study of the determinants of crime is necessary to form an effective system for the prevention of destructive phenomena. The work presented is particularly relevant in the context of protecting the interests of minors, including migrants, since their well-being directly determines the future development of society and the state. The aim of this study is to give a general description of the main determinants of crime of minor migrants-foreigners, and its novelty is determined by the complex characteristic of the determinant of crime in general, and the reflection of the impact of the determinant of crime «special» groups on the determinants of crime «general» group. Literature review: the causes and conditions of juvenile delinquency are reflected in the works of such scholars as V.V. Luneev; Ja.A. Blokhine; A.I. Semakova; E.I. Ilyankov; A.V. Chubarov; E.O. Smoleva; S.N. Shishigina; I.M. Matskevich; G.M. Minkowski, O.S. Capcapus, S.A. Buchakov, A.A. Kirilenko, E.V. Demidova-Petrova and others. Materials and Methods: the study used a combination of public and private scientific methods, including analytical, modelling and analogy. Results: the study gave a general description of the main determinants of juvenile delinquency of foreign migrants, revealed the relationship between them, and also confirmed the hypothesis about the existence of so-called «special» the determinants that have a leading influence on the criminogenic environment in a particular social group. Discussion and Conclusions: the author notes that foreign migrant juvenile delinquency is strongly influenced by a group of determinants unique to this social group.
